Yes. We carry full public liability insurance, so your property is fully protected throughout every job we carry out.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning and an outdoor water supply, we can carry out the work while you're away. We'll send you before and after photos when we're done.

We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment is due on completion of the work. For larger jobs, we can discuss payment arrangements.

We work in most conditions, but heavy rain or freezing temperatures can affect results and safety. If we need to reschedule due to weather, we'll let you know as soon as possible and rearrange at a time that suits you.
